Good afternoon (just) and happy Friday!

The last few weeks have been a struggle but I booked today off work, had a bit of a lie in, went to the gym and got my hair cut. Chippy lunch pending and then a weekend away with great friends, can’t get much better than that!

Morning! Been quiet for the last few days as I’ve been busy looking at leadership infographics for performance vs pressure and trying to work out how close I am to complete burnout. Reckon I’m about 92% of the way there…
