My inner voice tells me that I’m not interesting enough for other people to concern themselves with but I’ve learnt to quiet that voice more over the years. Safe spaces like this prove that isn’t the case and it’s nice to connect with people who understand and to know that we’re not alone 🥰

Thank you. I’m alright thanks, but my team (of 5) has been carrying 2-3 vacancies for months so the workload has just been relentless! We’ve had some new starters in though so things should start to settle down soon.
