my head feels a bit cloudy/foggy/light? everything feels a bit off and I cannot focus at all

Can't even begin to explain how bad my ADHD is acting up this morning. The worst it's been in a while, I've switched tasks deveral times without realising until it suddenly hits me like 5 mins later I've got a thing to do, keep trying to get back to thing but then immediately doing something else

i hate the state of the world and all of the useless evil fucking cunts in power more than i hate myself and that's what drives me to get up every day. i will outlive and i will see you fucking fall and then ill go back to hating myself in peace

maybe i'll find another but I set a goal to find one still fully intact (both sides joined together still and no obvious signs of break/damage) and iirc it took me fucking months of searching almost every single day to find one hahaha

I'm in a bad mood cos my cats broke my lucky shell. It was a huge pod razor shell I found fully intact on the beach when I was trying to get out during lockdown to help with how bad my mental health was. I had always wanted one. I've had it for years and I come home today and its broken ;_;

I dont believe in common knowledge because everything I've learned is absorbed though osmosis Against my Own Will or some random thing I've been interested in and taught myself I do not see the need to learn information that is not of any interest to me do Not Teach Me Things

I'm so stupid i just realised every time I ordered a prescription i get all the info the doctor needs to offer me hormones im gonna phone tomorrow and ask if they need me to print it off or if i can get an email address to forward it to

also they have no customer service whatsoever, you just fill in a form and they get back to you in a day. no live chat, no phone number etc.

so it's either just acting up and I'll get my phone or I've been scammed by giffgaff

and it was just really fucking weird there was no other options so I closed it and I have no idea if my phone order went through or not cos it's not in my order history and I didn't get an email to say i had ordered but they have taken £20 (up front payment for phone and first month of sim contract

just tried to order a new phone and I have no idea if it worked, it said I was paying monthly 24 installments for the phone and then contract and i confirmed payment etc then it went to another screen that was trying to get me to pay in 3 with klarna and there was no way like forward from there

so I've asked for the info the doctor has requested anyway and they've told me it will take two days -_-
