Hard to give too concrete of advice since I don't know your day to day life. Just try to think about tomorrow and know you're loved and that it's ok to love yourself even if you're at your "worst". It was hard for me to accept that about myself but things got better when I did.

If you have a particular health goal, never beat yourself up about not hitting the gym X times a month. It's how I stopped going all together when I got busier in life. Idk if you have room or money for this, but maybe a small fitness center at home will help with time constraints

We can be our harshest critiques. I know I am. Seeing my pecs deflate was maddening. I sometimes feel like a failure for stuff like this, but I try to remind myself of where I am now and where I'm trying to be in the future. Being future oriented helps keep my bad thoughts away.

Hope any of that helps. I've been going through something similar to that myself as I got to a slim weight and gained 35 pounds after going back to school as an adult with caretaking responsibilities.

You're valid and loved bud just try to give yourself credit. You're doing the best you can.

I look at 30-60 year Olds that are ripped and question if their life is really in order or if they're rich enough they can make other people do all their menial work for them, you know? Shits rough. I guess we just gotta get rich if we wanna be stronk again lol. So simple!

Unfortunately responsibilities make us weak in many aspects. You're not less of a person because life changed and you got banged up. You're valid yoked up or small. All we can really do is find a nice middle ground for fitness when life says "you're busy 25 hours a day now pal".
