I suppose it’s true that all the reports are about the “industry folks” response, but saying tech awards should be “gone” feels so crazy… those performances are nothing without tech awards. Movies are about the movie as a whole, The Academy needs to honor that.

Dear Rusty, schools are not fully funded and the new budget will fall about 300 million short of being the target set in state law for public education. The governor also suggest shifting 50 million into a program that helps pay for students to attend private religious schools. Stop the gaslighting.

I just received my State Senator’s newsletter in which he said the state is fully funding schools. That is not true.

So, I wrote him back and told him so.
