had a funny little case study this week where 2 of the guys had jock itch, one wanted to try an herbal remedy i had (calendula infused in coconut oil) and the other wanted the “real deal” pharmaceutical ointment. one cleared up the next day and the other still has some real deal jock itch…

every day is different and today is not a great day
