One of my small most wanted changes in ffxiv that would fix a ton of complaints with removal of job quests is better tooltips

Give us a flavoured tooltip for ability and trait explaining how the job works in universe and a second tooltips that's actually useful when holding a modifier

It's become "every change I want is a qol improvement and every change I oppose would hurt accessibility"

We need to stop people from calling everything in games qol changes, we're at the point that people would call mario 64 a good qol improvement because it lets you move in 3 dimensions
