I do think the tool system in SS isnt great, doing anything other then never using them except for Boss attempts you think you can win you will very quickly force you into farming rosaries to buy 20 Shard packs one by one. Nitpick though, game is incredible.

Yep that's the main thing that's been repeated over and over. I've asked people EVERY time I brought up for any kind of receipt, anything at all, and not once has anything ever been given. They just justify one accusation by bringing up another accusation, also not backed up in any way.
