Minnesota Murders: Second-Degree for Now, First-Degree Coming | National Review In Minnesota, an offense carrying a penalty of life imprisonment, such as first-degree murder, may only be brought by a grand jury indictment. That’s coming.

It’s apparently required to have a grand jury indictment in Minnesota. They charged 2nd degree to get the warrant fast enough but will be seeking 1st degree. (First two paragraphs are available.)

The Make American Healthy Again EO says our kids’ health is in crisis. It’s not (although without vaccines it will be).
