Yes exactly that.
To a lesser extent they failed on that front too seeing as the Riverside had been 100% exclusive access and now it's open to all supporters post game.

I genuinely think the fanbase has shrunk. Hence falling ticket prices, games hardly selling out, more offers on games, etc. Probably contributed to the loyalty point decision, too. They just won't ever admit it they've got it badly wrong over a number of years.

Fulham not selling arguably the most in demand away of the season not by the loyalty points system is a wild move that I did not foresee coming. It's going to be chaos getting a ticket for this one.
May be someone who spent Β£3k on a season ticket argued they were more deserving?
Added to that, they're both integral to the way Fulham play. Specifically, and we've seen it a couple of times before, but Fulham is a different team without Robinson.

Total guess, but might be a Marco request, I suspect to keep the squad depth at a certain level of proven players, there may be an upper limit to his capacity.
