Without algorithmic help, I find it incredibly frustrating that there seems to be only 10 other people in the entire world that share the same likes and interest that I do. Searches tend to not be overly rewarding, and when you pair that with vague user profiles… there has to be a middle ground.

Hey @bsky.app can we maybe think about a new icon for likes? I feel pretty dirty hitting a heart button on posts about job cuts, food prices, budget slashing, and the overall state of affairs right now.

I’m going to back Cuban up on this one. “Expensive” is the wrong term here though—“dated in their minds” I believe is more accurate. I think you’d be surprised how many young males rely on apps and the latest finance crazes for their savings, that’s part of why crypto is so popular.

I was honestly expecting something more over-the-top than this painting which looks like it was dragged out of a public library in 1984.

I was surprised to notice at Target that they’ve had a section in the electronics just for Polaroid cameras. Apparently they’re a thing again.

I wouldn’t doubt they have research somewhere showing that having an enjoyable experience doesn’t make as much money for them

Crazy how people are normally focused on how many jobs can be successfully created in the US economy, but now some people are focused on how many they can destroy.

Unfortunately, I see a huge crackdown on fan art coming with that. If the mega corporation is only going to be making their money licensing IP rights, they’re definitely going to what a cut from everybody—including the small artists just wanting to pay homage.

I hope they’re all demanding more money to come back.
