It's only Day 2 and my 9yo has already observed, "Papá, everyone here is...a little weird 😏"

Everything they do is adversarial to democracy and decency and is brutal on purpose, because it's not really about any actual policy. Some of them want to be able to punish people; others are more focused on controlling institutions. In each case, every action is an attempt to keep and expand power.

What the hell indeed! It was shocking to see at all, and then on top of that that it was so *blatant*. He's not hiding it at all; the car was parked in a central barrio on a busy through-street, and the dude (I saw a him get in the car) even had a swastika on the back of his t-shirt. 😡
