In my case I already hired a 3rd party studio to automate all of this build/test/deploy to TF/submit stuff and it was the best decision I ever made. My only problem is now that 3rd party was so successful that they got swallowed by a much larger game devops company. DM me if you want to know more!

FWIW I don’t know a single Unity dev who DOESN’T find this kind of setup maddening to set up and maintain. And completely outside of their wheelhouse… it’s a whole-ass big-tech Dev Ops job that most indies (myself included) are wholly unprepared for and uninterested in.
