What does it mean to be brave? I’m asking myself this every day.

Lists of providers accepting new patients, specific laws/policies, and cost or services per country for the few with access to travel. For those without access, crisis hotlines or encrypted text accounts that answer questions or address issues that we wont be able to help with anymore.

I have to remind myself often that #resistance doesn’t always have to be bold or aggravating. It can be loving someone deeply, or taking time to witness the beauty and good in the world, resting, dancing, donating to a local food pantry…the list goes on of ways we can show up with a soft strength

They’re banning TikTok not because it harvests data, the same way US social media does, but because they can’t influence it’s algorithm with congressional hearings or government contracts the way they do every other tech giant. That’s it.

Yes, yes, yes, community care. But also, community rage, gathering, joy & celebration. I want our collective grief & suffering to turn into true love & bold action. I want us to rail against the golden gates of capitalism, together, tear it all down. And imagine, and dream, and rebuild together.
