I’ve seen people say Durand disappears in the second half of the show, and it truly leaves me gobsmacked. I struggle to tear my eyes off him to watch the rest of the story play out!

Stillness is so much more difficult to maintain than motion! It isn’t our natural state!! People think it’s like relaxing but it SO isn’t!

It’s beyond surreal. He has learned how to slow his heart and breath rate, reduce involuntary rapid eye movements, even how to manually engage tendons most of us don’t even realize we have. It’s an insanely athletic performance, and I wish more people were recognizing that aspect.
