Das BVerfG hat das BerlHG für in Teilen verfassungswidrig erklärt, unter Berufung auf die Wissenschaftsfreiheit. Ich frage mich, ist #IchbinHanna keine Wissenschaftler:in? Denn sie hat offensichtlich keine Wiss.freiheit. Eine ständische Rechtsauslegung, scheint mir.
