MICROSOFT: hey great news we put Copilot into Excel!! But please don't use it for any of the things you usually use Excel for, like accuracy or numbers.

Eugh. There is a lot of regional variation. This is the first time I've needed this service in Buckinghamshire and it seems amazing, but I suspect my experience in Walthamstow would have been different.

The NHS app is actually amazing. Took a month to book a doctor's appointment but then I had a blood test at 10am yesterday and the full results are already on the app in a really easy to read format. Imagine how incredible this service could be if we funded it properly.
