I often find myself using "sir" in the opposite context -- either with professional peers or my reports in the workplace. To me, it kinda signals that I respect them and don't consider myself better than or anything like that, thus reinforcing the servant leadership model I try to adhere to.

And finally, we have Eihwaz, which is the death rune. Now, just like the Death card in Tarot, it can often mean more of a change or an ending of a cycle. But it can also mean death. 🤷‍♂️

Following that, is Tiwaz, which stands out a bit in this reading. Tiwaz often represents victory or courage. Given the fact that it's farther away from the source of the question could indicate that the victory is not at the hands of the subject of the question, but I'd say that's unclear.

The next is Wunjo (reversed). Since Wunjo is the rune of joy, in this position it would indicate pain and suffering. Whether this applies to the orange one himself, or is related to the aftermath of whatever happens is yet to be seen.
