does anyone else with ME/long covid have a terrible time regulating their body temp, this cold weather has been doing an absolute number on me. it’s just all pedialyte all the time and i’m either overheated or can’t get warm.

ruby update: went back to the vet for a checkup today and got her tail shaved to get all the messy impacted fur off which she did NOT like
but it’s looking good and slowly healing! at least 2 more weeks in the cone, but we’re getting there

got creative and started heating all the water i had saved in case of frozen pipes in the kettle to pour over the back porch
