I did read the judge's detailed response for each player and her overall assessment of the case and of E.M. In light of SACE's response, I ended up reassessing my own opinion.

I want to acknowledge the very careful and sensitive way @lowetide.bsky.social dealt with the hockey sex trial on his Sports 1440 show on July 24th as the judge's verdicts were being reported real time. He managed the topic about as well as could be done on a public show.
