Yesterday I brought my son to work in the morning because he wasn’t feeling well but I needed to go in.

Turns out the #ADHD body doubling trick for focusing works with a 6-year-old* I was surprisingly productive.

*if they are adequately distracted by a tablet

This morning I could not find the pink brush I use when I blow dry my hair. I searched my entire apartment. Eventually I gave up & let my hair air dry.

Oh, and this is my bathroom where the search for the brush started.

One of my favourite moments with my ex, who’s an electrician, was when we were in a new rental and he couldn’t find the fuse box.

I showed him it was behind the bedroom door and exclaimed “who’s the electrician now, bitch!”

He did not think it was funny.

I’ve switched from reading Romantasy to Paranormal Romance. The difference is the hot werewolves/fae/vampires exist hidden in our “real” world.

I prefer it because it’s easier to imagine that I too will one day have a hot werewolf boyfriend. 🤞🏻
