I think I understand your argument, but I’m not sure the difference between a 30 and a 50 is enough reason to steer people away from a product that may allow them to own a home versus renting.

No reason that would differ with a longer nominal term. Discriminatory interest rates/terms can also occur with any loan.

The people are the real draw. They are consistently down to earth, while still gobsmacked about what has happened in their town. Generous to a fault.
