4/The lawless trump regime have provided all the evidence needed to prove these cases. Seems there could just be filings on behalf of claimants for summary judgement. Judges are utilising Noem's tweets as evidence to grant injunctive relief and scads of habeas petitions.

3/ It's a paltry sum for a class of over 670 human beings - but - it sends a message. There are state and federal remedies and I hope there are legions of pro bono lawyers pursuing individual cases. It's not going to undue the harm - tort here can only attempt to put right a disgusting wrong...
