I worked on geochemical modeling for the Nirex proposal back in the 90โs and was surprised to see a return to the same location, as the reason that didnโt go ahead was fundamentally geological. But I havenโt really been following the story since returning to academia and emigrating.

My daughter used to do the same as a young kid. Iโd watch her face carefully at all times, and the lifeguards got to know us. I reminded her about it when she became a lifeguard as a teenager, and she was horrified!

Home Energy Storage - Green Mountain Power
Home battery storage programs offering comfort, convenience and safety through outages, while also reducing costs and carbon.
Scotland should take a look at Vermontโs program to distribute battery storage to homes, with the added benefits of a backup power supply during storms, and the option to integrate with rooftop solar.

We had 33 kids in primary school in the late 70โs. As an adult, I marvel at how innovative our teachers were at running an engaging, fear free classroom with differentiation for kids of different abilities. Lots of organized physical activity during the day definitely helped.
