I would give my child blanket permissions to walk out of any school lesson that involves any/all religion and they would know I had their back 100% and they would face no punishment whatsoever 👌

Last night, I got properly "doored" for the first time. A car in the road to my right paused, and the rear left passenger threw open his door without looking, right into my path. I ended up on the floor, badly winded but ok.

For me it was a writing “uniform”.

When I put on shorts and my exercise t-shirt at a certain time my mind goes to “exercise mode”. I thought the same would work with writing so managed associate a specific time, pair of tracksuit bottoms and jumper with “writing mode”.

I bet the majority of people who think home workers do less are people who have never actually worked from home and see people like me in a tracksuit rather than a shirt and tie.

Out Tesco Exp removed all but 2 tills and replaced them with these crap self-service things hardy anybody uses. There are 3 members of staff for the whole shop, and massive queues at the single till with a staff member.
