Boy, do I have some bad news for you about the policing system in America.

As a gun rights supporting leftist, it’s depressing to me how often left wing legal commentators will say something like, “striking down this gun law would have unequivocally positive results but it would actually be bad because guns”.

Preventing the government from taking a way one of your constitutional rights by merely accusing you of being a marijuana users seems pretty obviously like something civil libertarians should want.

And it seems obviously like something that if allowed will be used against this regimes enemies.
