Yes, it’s from an Australian comedy TV show called “Kath and Kim”. The woman in the video was having a bit of a freak out because she thought her adult daughter was gay, but then she stayed up all night reading and learning about LGBTQIA+ people and was ready to accept her daughter in the morning.

I haven’t played it yet (no Switch 2 yet & getting a physical copy in December), but it sounds from this description that you made the mini games way less frustrating than they might have been, so thanks for steering in that direction & keeping the games being fun in the forefront of your design.

Yeah, I was more annoyed they waited <12hrs before release to mention this, than I was at not getting a discount.

Their communication before release was very lacking. People asking basic questions all ignored.

Had to ask their publisher if physical copies got a discount as Playtonic wouldn’t say.

I haven’t played it yet because I’m getting a physical copy of the game, but can anyone who has played it tell me if there’s an option to invert both the camera X-axis and Y-axis?

You could have at least emailed some sort of promo code to your Kickstarter backers who are outside of the US and who opted for the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

That’s super rubbish of you to not find a way to get a discount to Nintendo Switch owners outside of the US.

But what is even more rubbish, is that you waited until the last minute to tell people.

I updated my Switch version of the game this weekend, and although when my save file loaded the “Capped Crusader” text box popped up on the bottom of the screen as if I’d just achieved it, when I go to the Cat-chievements list, it still isn’t ticked off (but at least now it says I’ve found 42/42).

Yeah Splayds were invented by an Australian, so I don’t think the word is very well know elsewhere. Most people always just call them “sporks”, even most Australians because that’s the word they’ve learned from all the American TV and movies shown here.
