i'm a demographic at risk to falling prey to that thought and it's not an exaggeration to say that PTI since the reboot, and QAA since i found it have kept me sane.

Just listened to another great and infuriating QAA episode that brings me one step closer to the belief that maybe lying should just be illegal.

When I was a teenager in the 90s the existence of "videos of people dying" was the stuff of urban legends or the supposed content of lurid, hard-to-see underground movies like "Faces of Death." They weren't the main focus of national news for weeks at a time.

It's obviously good that citizens with smartphones can create multiple records of these shootings and undercut propaganda and government lies about them. But I find it a little deranging that being an informed news consumer in 2026 requires watching what are essentially snuff videos in slow-mo.

QAnon community declares vindication as Trump’s Labor Department pens multiple posts echoing QAnon phrases

The Labor Department in recent days has done multiple posts echoing QAnon phrases. QAnon influencers in response have declared vindication.

One of them wrote the department "is Q posting. … This is not debatable now. If you like it, cool. If you don’t like it, too bad. It’s happening."

My latest:

a reminder, again, that AltNPS is a grifter account run by people who have no affiliation with the National Park Service and indeed who never did have any affiliation with the National Park Service. They have no sources, they have no information, they are purely there to scam you.

It appears that a QAnon supporter who is a member of a QAnon outlet known as "NewsTreason 17" (whose logo is a Q & name is a reference to Q being the 17th letter of the alphabet) was "admitted" into the White House yesterday & got a White House press briefing room pass.

Once again gonna recommend the QAA podcast where people who worked with him on a cop show had to constantly tell him that he couldn’t actually do what the character did (like beating people) and that he had to pretend instead of doing it for real

i was thinking the same thing, but they made a good point on the QAA podcast that makes me second-guess it: the timeline of MTG questioning Trump may have more to do with him spurning her run for GA senate. And she just accidentally happened to land at a time when Trump is wildly unpopular

Given how much political discourse over the past few days has been dominated by parsing emails in order to better speculate about the depraved sexual inclinations of financial and political elites, I have to admit that Pizzagaters won culturally, even if they were wrong in the specifics.
