Hoping the ‘Further and faster’ change just promised by Keir Starmer isn’t a redoubling of efforts to appeal to the right.

Nigel Farage does not want an NHS, he wants Health Insurance and it will be the US type where they pay $14,000 a year for nothing and then have to pay 10x what any treatment costs on top.
