We made arrangements for my sister yesterday. We are going to remove medical intervention and put her on comfort care on Monday.

Just got back from seeing my sister at the hospital. I haven't eaten all day, so I'm eating sour punch straws.

Because life has ups and downs, I want to share good news. My kid will be graduating from college with High Honors, Summa Cum Laude, in the spring. Her GPA is 3.87. Her counselor said she doesn't see them that high often. This kid is amazing 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This week has been A LOT. My sister is in the ICU. She has not woken up, but is now sedated bc she's intubated. She's as stable as she can be I guess.

Her BP is still high, even with meds. They're trying to get that controlled. Will decide after CT about placing a drain. My other sis and I are frustrated at the lack of urgency it seems from her med team

Ok, she had a hemorrhagic stroke. She's getting a 2nd CT now.

We thought she had a stroke. She has a large brain bleed causing her symptoms. She's getting prepped for surgery.

My sister needs good thoughts, prayers, anything you can put out into the universe please.

That's what I'm wondering. For the Middle school only, its $75 a month. Free for the HS

Our High School district does not charge fees. Our middle school does. This is just over the last few years. My oldest daughter took the bus to MS for free. Then they had no bus service for 2 of my kids. Now my youngest has bus service for $75 a month.

Do any of you pay a school district monthly bus fees for your kid to be taken to/from school daily? Just wondering how much you pay if you do.
