Dusty is not only challenging his current team to give that level of commitment, he's also showing what his blueprint is going forward. Dusty believes he is in that one percent. He wants coaches and players that are in that one percent. This is a Jim Harbaugh mentality, a "jackhammer" mentality. Jim built his program out of guys who couldn't live without football, because that's who he is. That's who Dusty is too.
