I love oats. I’ve been making a combo of steel cut, rolled, and then throwing in some grits at the end. Usually make a big pot and then take some to work every day, doctored up. So good!

Awesome! I rode a trike for the first time last year, but even after a couple of miles I could never get used to the steering, especially at any sort of speed. On a bike it’s all about the gentle lean, during my trike-ride I nearly fell down while trying to turn going down hill.

'twas great! Spent the morning doing chores, made brunch with my wife, and then took a big nap. Woke up to sun so hopped on the bike for a few hours' adventure.

I imagine it was the closest I’ll get to being a spectator at a Roman gladiator contest, watching from the fence as a centipede would attempt to burrow in the mulch and 2-3 hungry chickens would scratch after it.

I’m honored that members of the guard/reserves can be in the citizen legislature. Just highlights how much Dunleavy doesn’t value their service.

For the record, the chickens loved it. Not the centipedes.

A while back our family was staying in a BNB on the big island (outside Havi) where they were raising chickens. Each time we would find a centipede into the chicken run it’d go. They seemed to really love it!
