Yes. I have 2 different pwm and both will generate random stuff and I enter that as the answer for security questions. Been doing that for a decade. It’s just generating a random string hat I use. I log the questions and the answers in my pwm for that site. Most have moved to having fields for it

You should also have the pwm make up a random answer for those questions. Do not tie anything in your life to any of those questions.
