Such a lovely treat. I never learned to make lefse and sadly the tradition seems to have ended in my family when my grandmother passed away several years ago now. She taught my brother to make krumkakke and he does make those sometimes which brings me back to childhood!

Same, or just give me some good written instructions step-by-step and a reasonably quiet space. Some pictures or screenshots might help (or might hurt) depending on the scenario.

I also typically have to learn by *doing* not just watching. Doing seems to commit it to memory. Same with writing notes
