Bc if he'd won, itd have been months of "do you support the corrupt sex pest that your party nominated for NYC mayor?" and "how does this distinguish you from Rs?" I voted for Mamdani but did not rank him or cuomo in the primary. It was a mistake for dems who condemned cuomo at the time to then support him. Also a mistake of RE & finance folks to support cuomo. you had people like as Adrienne Adams, Zellnor Myrie & Jessica Ramos right there to support.

the current mindset is business = economy. When business is a portion of the economy that is dependent on many factors including loss leaders/breakeven factors like gov‘t. The next dem leader needs to articulate this in a way that non news addicts can understand.

But in how you can connect. i know nothing about red/purple states but I think a Democrat whose policies and personality are a fit can produce cool videos to build momentum for their campaigns especially with Under 40s.

I'm getting a lot of responses from blue wave accounts talking about Trump. Frankly, that is already a known threat. What I'm trying to raise the alarm about here are the NYT, The Atlantic, and other reactionary news outlets that still carry legitimacy in liberal urban circles for some reason.
