If the issue is with an overabundance of suppliers in south Florida - to use his example - then start with the suppliers in south Florida.

This is the companies who supply the equipment to enrollees. Not the patients who need the DME covered. However, as many healthcare providers have noted, this creates access issues in areas with few DME suppliers.
