Yes, it's so wild! IDK what it is (preference for things to be the same / routine?), but it used to cause whole meltdowns. I'm praying to all the gods that my incredibly headstrong 2.5 year old daughter stays focused on her obsession with her own clothes, I don't think I could handle it from both.

Husband arranged for an in-home vet service, and it was a hard day but so peaceful. It's been 4 years and this is still so emotional to type! We started asking ourselves what his quality of life was. It was our own made up standard / vibes -- e.g., lack of responses to favorite things, whether he seemed uncomfortable. We watched and debated for a few weeks. We realized nothing brought him joy, and he appeared to be sad / tired of it all?

Okay. For context, we waited too long with our (my) dog. In hindsight, he was probably suffering and I live with so much regret that I let him go on (for my own false hope). Two years after doggo died, our (husband's) cat was 15 and (barely) managing hyperthyroid but no longer seemed to enjoy life.

Ok but for real, a friend of mine was gifted this in a grand reveal at her wedding reception as an LOL by her new sister-in-law. Friend and new hubby hosted a party with it and then vacuum sealed and shared huge chunks -- it is very good parm! It's up to the task at hand.
