I just realized that for the past two months (including the investiture of the new LG and Remembrance Day) I’ve had one French and one English collar dog on my DEUs.

Spent a lot of time at Dartmouth General this week.
I cannot say enough good things about the nurses. They took amazing care of my dad.
So thankful for the care they gave.
(He’s doing better)

55-70km per hour wind gusts…I called it once the expired people were qualified and we’ll go back tomorrow to re-qual the rest who still have another 6 months.

Almost…I did notice it hadn’t come through on the work one…so I wasn’t shocked when it did.

It may be a Brighton area cell issue…my personal and work ones are on different networks, and my 5G personal one mostly has good reception here vs the non-5G work one.

There was a 30 second or more delay between the alert on my personal phone and the radio, and the alert on my work phone.

There’s one in our vault with a “CO” label that I’m excited to try in a couple of weeks.
I’m the only one who needs the small🤣

My younger two got the vaccines later when they came out, and I kept getting asked if the older ones needed it.
Literally half my kids had Chicken Pox and the others had the vaccine.

My oldest two were exposed at a drop-in daycare in 2004, when my third was 3 days old (no vaccines then).
We kept the youngest safe, but the older two got it at 2 (this was the one I was pregnant with at 22) and 4 years old.

I had Chicken Pox as a kid.
Got it again as a pregnant 22 year old (kiddo was fine) and was quarantined from Uni for weeks because of it.

We went for a run this morning. Now we’re both sleepy and since everyone else has gone out to do things she’s attached to me.

It’s pouring rain here. Ella has yet to emerge.

Watched it last week, also enjoyed it. Kiddo came downstairs at one point near the end thinking I must have started playing first person shooter games 🤣

A friend told me this week that I need to take advantage of being part time for a bit and rest.
Ella seems to agree. She’s followed me around all morning and climbed on top of me each time I sat down.

Made it to day 15 of vacation before getting hurt (a record for me I’m sure).
Stoked with the Wound Care Spray (which numbs!!) and the supplies were a shockingly low €12!
