Really thrilled to say that as of this week, I am officially a part-time archives coordinator at an R1 university library! My collection deals mainly w. vintage/antique sewing patterns, fashion magazines, & ephemera related to pattern companies. This is a great collection and I’m v excited to start.

Most of my disabilities are of the neuro/psych variety, with a handful of assorted bodily ailments thrown in, but earlier this year, I got a skating injury that resulted in knee surgery, and boy is that feeling relatable lately.

Very exciting! I love my hardcover copy. It’s a really beautiful book.

Can confirm. I live in New England, and these guys are native here. They’re also the adorable scourge of my bird feeder. On the other hand, red squirrels are something of a non-native novelty here, so I always delight in catching a glimpse of one.
