2nd this - i always hated “cut back on caffeine” as advice but annoyingly it does help. i used to get BAD bouts of insomnia/anxiety and nothing would help until i tried reducing coffee during those times. it’s literally the wake you up drug. decaf in the afternoon, ibuprofen for the withdrawal.

i took the train from vancouver to toronto last year - highly recommend a sleeper train journey if the opportunity arises! much more comfortable than flying, the food is surprisingly good, and it just feels like an adventure instead of the constant psychic damage of airlines

thank you! i never used to get ocular migraines before these (and the LED streetlights) became common, and now i have to deal with temporarily impaired vision if i'm exposed to these too much 🙃

i switched to tidal and it’s similar enough to what i used spotify for. my only complaint really is there aren’t as many user generated playlists - spotify has been the default platform for years so i kind of expected that. it does make you different playlists based on your listening tho

scavengers reign is a really cool scifi series (only one season, alas) and i really love the art of it. the owl house is a really fun all ages disney magic/fantasy series that honestly gets pretty dark for what it is as it goes - also gravity falls is a good one to pair with it
