Have a look at the CMC-1414AV VGA monitor, first sold in 1992 as a premium monitor for its time, capable of a 1024x768 resolution. Here it's paired with a 386SX PC.

New content alert! The Model D2 Plus BIOS V3.0. There were two 32K BIOS chips one for setup & config. and the other for startup / POST. These images could be used to upgrade a Model D2 Plus with an older version or restore a D2 Plus suffering from corrupt BIOS.

The LE 386SX Plus Notebook had a smaller overall size than the standard LE 386SX Notebook, so what made it a plus? For starters, it came with a faster clocked 25MHz processor vs the standard's 20MHz offering, and 8MB of RAM instead of the standard's 5MB! More about it here: leadingedgecomputers.com

I rebuilt most of the PSU but I lack a couple of parts so I grabbed a spare AT PSU to bench test the motherboard after replacing the identified faulty components.
Post analyzer card indicated that things were working so I hooked up some additional hardware to finish testing the drives.
Pulled out the PSU of the Fortiva 3000 to benchtest. Found it overvolting pretty bad. Opening up the PSU I found blown capacitors and burnt-up resistors. The Fortiva's motherboard had three blown out tantalums and six more open tantalums.

This Leading Edge Fortiva 3000 just showed up today. I have never seen a Fortiva 3000 in person before, but it's really small (D-cell battery in front of it for scale).
It's got a Cyrix 486 and is currently in non-working condition. Looks like the 12-volt rail is shorted.
That's one 1337 capacitor

I will be building a new PC sometime later this year. Heard that Silverstone is coming out with this awesome looking beige case soon. I think I'll be going with it!
