Phrasing is important. Saying “they’re killing people in concentration camps” has a VERY specific history that leads to a VERY specific connotation that just isn’t appropriate here.

As far as I know, there have been no executions in any of the detainment centers.

There’s a reason that systematic mass executions was deemed the “final solution”

We haven’t had an incident like Kent State. That was the guard opening fire on peaceful civilians protesting. We haven’t quite gotten there yet, but don’t worry. It will again.
