England AVERAGE is dry compared to UK average.

The ‘facts’ are shown on the map, England is dry compared to most of the uk (england average, not just devon and cornwall and lancashire).

I think OP posted the map to show that climate change could make this a serious issue if rainfall continues to drop in certain parts of the UK.

London has similar rainfall to Jerusalem.
Obviously there are places in England with higher than average rainfall.
That’s how we get the average figure.

You are trying to make a point, and calling people clowns. And looking a bit silly.

She was not saying it is, they are two different points:- England is a very dry place. London is as dry as Jerusalem. You can’t say England is as dry as Jerusalem because England as a whole is wetter than London.
