Making it a color that was VERY intense and very high made it a lot easier to tell I was hitting people, and I immediately made several kills after this change.

I saw an error in this video because I knew that the controller should work in Steam Input under Windows. EXTREMELY happy to see that Russ pinned a correction with an updated chart in the comments. Well done!!

It’s like an uncanny valley where your game looks too close to your previous success and people can’t escape the feeling that it’s just an off version of the previous. Even if the actual game is ANYTHING but that.

Rather, I’m kinda afraid it’ll fall into that category of “It’s good, but not great.” That’ll reaffirm that “This is not quite the Danganronpa RPG I envisioned. Something feels off. The characters aren’t quite good enough. The story isn’t quite charming enough” feeling I had when I saw it.

And I suspect it is because something about the artstyle is just vaguely off enough that I think “This is not quite Danganronpa. Something feels off.” So I’m afraid to actually play the game.

Not because I’m afraid it’ll be BAD. Nor am I afraid it’ll be the greatest thing ever.

The Hundred Line Defense Academy is such an odd game. I’ve never played it, yet for years I’ve always thought “I want a Danganronpa RPG.”

And now this game exists, and I’ve seen parts of it, and I’ve even downloaded a demo of it. However, I have yet to actually PLAY the game.
