We'd love to hear your thoughts, ideas, and questions.
Please join us for a X space discussion on Oct 21. Maybe we need to use a different platform in the future...

Too much resistance, your energy cannot flow easily, you feel tired, become inflamed, age faster, and get sick more easily. When รฉR is too high, we die.

ERP's key idea is that we live in a narrow zone of energy resistance (รฉR). For energy to transform into metabolites, cells, organs, and thoughts, it needs to run through รฉR. Too little resistance, you would burst into flames.

โฏ๏ธ Why is exercise good for us?
โฏ๏ธ How does ketosis work as a treatment for mental illness?
โฏ๏ธ Why do we age well or not so well?
โฏ๏ธ Where does fatigue and the need to sleep come from?
โฏ๏ธ Why is the brain warmer than other tissues?
โฏ๏ธ How can we measure energy resistance (รฉR)?

The ERP is a quantitative framework that can be used to understand some profound things that we know matter for our health:

We are grateful for the dozens of colleagues, friends, and lab members who have contributed to sharpening the ideas, concepts, and definitions in the ERP.

The ERP bridges physics and biology, providing a first-principles understanding of the central force behind health and disease dynamics.

This morning I felt a little sadness when I remembered that many of the colleagues I wished to share something dear to my heart with, had departed from X.
@msahsorin.bsky.social and I would love to know what people think of the Energy Resistance Principle (ERP)
