Her book retells the story of fighting to stop an ICE deportation flight and the Somalians aboard the plane. It is vivid and let's us see into the removal process.

Immigration courts don't have enough judges, but they also don't have enough *attorneys*. The increase in new cases has led to a massive decline in representation rates from 65% to just 30%. Even ICE doesn't have enough attorneys to cover all the cases.

Yes! Louis F. Post's book "The Deportations Delirium of Nineteen-twenty: A Personal Narrative of an Historic Official Experience. United States: C.H. Kerr. " is available to read. Julia's book is a deep and careful discussion of this history. Post's bravery to protect the rule of law is inspiring!
