How many times is too many times to catch the old tenant of a building going through the mail? And when it's six month's after you took over the space?
I'm gonna get a locking mailbox at this point.

The idea that we want to "move past" the pandemic is so funny to me.
Covid disabled me further, I don't get to move past it. I will likely live with effects of Covid for the rest of my life.

My son Seamus died 15 years ago today. He was killed by a careless driver in a crosswalk.

He walked at 9 months, almost as if he knew he wouldn’t have much time. His favorite thing to do was throw rocks into water. He loved the moon. He called butterflies “buddy buddies.” I miss him every day.

Anyone have any opinions on the Logitech MX Creative Console vs the Tour Box? Mostly for photo editing, some for digital art.

I know the inevitable demolition of this building will happen, but I cannot imagine how difficult this decision was for her.
I'll forever cherish the memories I have in this building. Many birthdays, hang outs and fundraisers were had.

"It's too hard for me. It was our baby and when you lose someone that meant the world it changes everything. It changes the way you feel. When I go there sometimes it brings me to tears" she told CBC.

In 2022 Melissa Gauthier made the difficult decision to shutter the doors for good after her husband and business partner, Robert, passed away.

I have a lot of fond memories in this building.

Opening in 1929 as Roxy Theatre the building could seat 1000 movie goers.
After closing in the 50s the building found a new life as Roxy Lanes, opening in 1960. With 20 lanes to enjoy, it was a bustling spot for Elmwood residents.

Any tips for surviving your neighbour's house being flipped? It's been less than a month and I am already done with it.
