at some point if you're willing to admit that this salute mimicks another *recent* famous salute you might as well just say which historical salute both are mimicking. but apparently nobody wants to be the first to say "Nazi"

Okay so you know I like to remind everyone how the American immigration system has been cruel for a very long time. But loading people on flights to deport them to countries that they are not from, like Iranians to Panama, is not business as usual.

I cannot emphasize enough that the New York City subway is not scary. It’s one of my favorite parts of living here. I grew up in the suburbs having to drive on highways everywhere and that’s way scarier

"I don't care if you love congestion pricing or hate it," Hochul says. "This is an attack on our sovereign identity, our independence from Washington." Goes on to say New York was "in fight mode" immediately. Easily the strongest language Hochul has used to rebuke Trump since he took office

I can't say I'm surprised by this. As I show in Holding It Together, Tate played a critical role in laying the groundwork for this year's election outcome by persuading swaths of young men and boys that it isn't sexist to hold women down, because that's where women want to be and where they belong.

NEW — In an alarming email last night reviewed by me, Coast Guard members learned that 1,135 members' direct deposit account routing information was compromised due to a data breach from unauthorized access.

It was only discovered because an officer “reported anomalous activity” on their account.
