#Verizon wants me to click a link *on my phone* that is sent as SMS to log into their web site from my PC. I'm at home. The link won't work on wifi. I had to disconnect and let LTE pick up so it would auth me.

BTW, #Verizon, if you're listening, I'm researching other carriers.

My bank recently put in enforced 2FA. Good luck with that transition with consumers. To log in, I got 3 separate text notifications with 6 digit codes as my account was transitioned to the new system. Just to pay a bill.

Honest to Bob, I may go back to putting paper checks in the mail.

#Marriott expects me to get a text every time I log into web or their mobile app. The web, I can understand more scrutiny, but their mobile app with biometrics will time out after an hour and I have to re-auth.

That's a bit much.

This is the second time in a month this has happened. I don't know if all those other people were too polite to mention it or it they notice details as well as I don't.

To be fair, both times, the shirt in question was a t-shirt with no logos or tags.

Went to the grocery store, post office, bank, and hardware store this morning. Talked to a cousin for 30 minutes on Main Street. Son-in-law worked in my office for 3 hours this afternoon.

Wife gets home and immediately asks why my shirt is on inside out.
