Lily helped develop OoCount, an open-sourced method that makes automatic oocyte segmentation & classification from 3D fluorescent images accessible. Importantly, this tool allows for automatic follicle counts & ovarian follicle staging & OoCount can be customized to fit images produced in any lab!

Just received a wonderful Christmas gift from the NIH! $2.76M to study molecular & cellular changes in the human brain across the menopausal transition! 🎉 Am icredibly excited! We will be hiring 2 postdocs — come join us in NYC for some cool science, as we transform women’s mental health research!!
