well i cleaned the heads at least. it appears operational, but fails to initialize.

sucks because the drive is otherwise in really good shape

the bluescsi has a 4 pin berg connector for power. i dont need to use it in my quadra since that can deliver enough power over scsi alone, but yeah it seems like the classic aint fancy like that.

ordered a molex -> berg adaptor. that should solve things.

You should put a backplane in an old AT case and fill it with sbcs from across decades 😅

unfortunately, its not playing well with my blue scsi. i suspect its having some issue with scsi termination, but idk. also the floppy drive needs servicing, so im unable to add new software until one or both of those issues are addressed.

ill have this thing on the internet soon enough 🙃
